Meet the Founders and Co-Owners of Crystal Eye Entertainment, LLC:
Scott Ellifritt
A native of Chillicothe, Ohio, Scott received his bachelors degree from Ohio University and moved to Los Angeles, CA immediately afterwards. He worked in motion picture advertising in editing and finishing as well as freelanced as an editor and producer. He is also a professional still photographer. Lanie Polk
Lanie has worked both in front of the camera and behind it for many different productions, both studio and independent. She has been involved in all aspects of the filmmaking process from pre-production to production to post-production. ABOUT THE AREA
Crystal Eye is located in Pascagoula on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast about 100 miles east of New Orleans, LA and 40 miles west of Mobile, AL.
Due to Hurricane Katrina our beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast has been decimated. But while we may be down, we are not out!
From Waveland and NASA (Stennis Space Center) at the west side to Pascagoula on the east side, the Mississippi Gulf Coast area will someday again (SOON) be able to offer almost everything someone could want for their project:
Miles of White Sand Beaches, Industrial Areas, Commercial Areas, Residential Areas, Agricultural Areas, Forrest/Wooded Areas, Sports of all kinds, Casinos, the Gulf of Mexico, the Barrier Islands and much more!
Our winters are on the whole very mild, offering a long, pleasant outdoor shooting season. While we do get a few cold spells, most of the winter is light jacket or even shirtsleeve weather. The area also has some of the most spectacular sunsets around.
